The visit is prepared with reconnaissance and identification of materials suitable for the customer’s needs; every aspect of the tour is organised, including travel, accommodation and meals: particular attention is paid to sensitive aspects of food such as vegetarian choices or food intolerances.
During the day, various meetings are organized with the owners or sales managers of the yards where the blocks identified as interesting are located. We assist the customer in every phase of the test, helping him to choose the best blocks and to best negotiate the purchase price.
Upon successful conclusion of the testing and commercial agreement, MARENGOLD takes care of every aspect related to the marking of the blocks and the compilation of the packing list; the documentation is followed scrupulously and we proceed with the definition and management of every logistical aspect.
Ultimately, customer satisfaction is seen after they have been able to saw the blocks at their destination.
